Frequently Asked Questions

If your question is not answered here, feel free to chat with us.

The drawing is done on "Hahnemühle Skizze 190" DIN A3 (42 x 30 cm). The actual drawing size is c. 37 x 28 cm.

Hahnemühle Skizze 190 is a smooth paper that still has some texture. Strathmore Drawing series 300 and Canson 1557 are similar papers.

Tip: The paper should not be ultra smooth (layering and blending graphite is harder to do), nor should it have too much texture (water does not look so convincing on rougher paper).

Feel free to ask and get opinion on your choice of paper.
