Join Dirk Dzimirsky for the next DRAMA Open Atelier — a live online session where realistic and hyperrealistic drawings are reviewed, corrected, and discussed.

You can submit one of your own drawings for possible live critique.

Even if your drawing is not selected, you can learn from the feedback given to other artists and see how drawings are analyzed and improved inside DRAMA.

During the Open Atelier, you will: 

See real drawings reviewed and corrected live

  • Learn what is working and what is holding a drawing back
  • Understand how form, values, edges, and structure are analyzed
  • See how the Dzimirsky Drawing Method is applied in practice
  • Get an inside look at how students are taught at DRAMA

Submit your own drawing

After registering, you will receive instructions for submitting one drawing for possible critique during the session.

Not every submitted drawing can be reviewed live, but Dirk will select several examples that offer useful lessons for everyone attending.
